Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within 30 days of your purchase date, you find that our product is not suitable for your needs, we will be happy to provide you with a refund.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable during promotional periods or livestream events.

The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

​

Refund eligibility is limited to one claim per customer, with a refund amount not exceeding $200.​

Returns For Unused Products

We accept returns for our products, provided they are unused and unopened. If our product is not suitable for you, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at glowclubsg@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues
​Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We understand that preferences may vary, and we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are a customer from Singapore, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to terms and conditions. Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
